Hi peolpe. Im glad to say that after a few very busy months the XxX 10.5.3 disc is on the working line. Is looking pretty good. It includes PCEFI (for MBR and GUID). Im also trying to include as much drivers as possible...
I will release a test version in about two weeks from now.
Stay tuned!

  1. Good Work! Keep us updated!

Do you mind if I ask for drivers? Okay, I'll do it anyway :D

    - Radeon 3600 Series
    - Asus P5K Premium/Wifi-AP Support (LAN (Marvell Yukon 88E8056 & RTL8169/8110), Sound (ADI AD1988B), WLAN (RTL8187))

That would be REALLY great :D

  2. XxX has been the best OSx86 distribution I've tried EVER. I can't wait for XxX 10.5.3. Congratulations and respect.

  3. Finally!!! :D
XxX works on my Thinkpad R40e (SSE2 only :D).

Does this release also supports SSE2? I'd like to try it on my laptop.

    Thanks for your work.

  4. Any chance at doing just two things. I use iATKOS v2 and it's very good but lacks two things.

    1. Make sure either usb or firewire external drives can mount when booting from the dvd - otherwise time machine has no value.

    2. Have some kind of multiboot so I can boot to windows or linux.

I will try it out when released and let you know how it works on a Vostro 1500.

  5. One thing I'd really like is the ability to load everything on just one partition instead of automatically dumping everthing on the partition table. I know Ubuntu can load it's bootfiles on it's partition so as to play nice with Vista's bootloader. I don't know if OSX can do the same thing but it would be great if it could.

  6. Any chance of adding Chameleon to this release? or is it something else for the bootloader?

Might want to wait for the 10.5.4 release unless the 10.5.3 is to work any bugs out
