I've installed 10.4.11 rev2 (Vanilla, EFI8, GUID) succesfuly, but Restart doesn't work. I got "MACH reboot" on black screen. What's wrong?
I've installed what was in the pdf file:SSE2: (8.9.1 kernel, no EFI supported)from 'Kernels and Kexts' menu:-no-EFI kexts (all 4 items)-8.9.1 Kernel Universal + Patches (all 3 items)-RecommendedPatches (all 5 items)When rebooting, i get:Systen config file '/com.apple.Boot.plist' not foundPlease help, thank you very much.
My above post, the SSE2 install and file not found. I am on ThinkPad T42 2373-L1UThanks for this relase. Hope I can get it to work.
just installed the 10.4.11 with success including the speedstep..but i think the speedstep throttles down my cpu clock too much..everythings run slower..sounds..graphics..etc..Can u suggest any solutions? thanks in adavance
